Custom-order flow
Every order starts with a WhatsApp conversation. We collect design inputs, share a preview, and once you approve and pay, we print and ship. We only start production after final approval.
Revisions
Most designs include up to two rounds of revisions. Large rework — fundamentally different theme, layout or photo direction — may be treated as a new brief. We'll flag this before doing the work.
Turnaround
Design and approval typically take 1–2 working days. Production takes 1–3 working days depending on complexity and manual cutting. Shipping takes 3–8 working days depending on your location. We'll share a firm timeline before you pay.
Pricing
Pricing depends on theme, quantity, finish and delivery location. We share a firm quote on WhatsApp before you pay. Starting prices on the website are indicative only.
Payments
We accept UPI and standard online payment methods. Full payment is due before production starts. For large bulk / event orders, a 50% advance starts production and the balance is due before dispatch.
Cancellations & refunds
Because each order is custom-made, cancellations are only possible before design approval — after that, we can't refund the creative time invested. If there's a genuine printing or courier issue, we'll make it right — replacement or refund, whichever makes sense for the situation.
Photo usage & rights
You confirm you have the right to share any photo you send us. We never post a child's photo on our social channels without your written permission.
