What we collect
When you place a custom order, we collect only what we need to design, print and ship your stickers: your child's name and any personalisation details you share, a photo (if you're ordering a photo-based design), your delivery address, and a WhatsApp or phone number to reach you.
How photos are handled
- Photos are shared with us over WhatsApp — encrypted in transit.
- They are used only by the designer working on your order.
- They are never posted on our public channels without your written permission.
- After your order is delivered, photos are cleared from our active working folders.
How we use your contact details
Your phone number, WhatsApp number and address are used to message you about your order, coordinate delivery, and notify you when it ships. We may occasionally send a message about a new theme — you can ask us to stop at any time.
Payment details
We do not store card details. Payments happen via your chosen payment method (UPI or payment gateway link), and those providers handle card data under their own policies.
Data requests
You can ask us to delete your contact details and any order photos at any time on WhatsApp. We'll confirm within five working days.
